About the dice, i think we need to make a standard treat for it, something like 1,2=fail 3,4,5=success 6=perfect(critical hit)0

Yeah, but since we're playing with stats, if ur opponent's stats are higher then ur's, he can't miss and 5 along with 6 is his critical hit... This is like if the stats are 3 points higher or something... How about the idea? I think this would make stuff more interesting =)

Um big problem with dice, everytime you place the dice (or die), it adds a 0 to the end ot the reply, causing the dice to malfunction. To fix this you would have to modify your post, and delete the 0
any permanent solution?

Hey.. Eric, u said dice remove godmoding right ? I kinda agree with that, but dice also add something else... With dice ur stats only have a second play in a fight... Maybe GP RP would better without them... I mean dice kinda defeat the reason u need to think while u fight.... I mean it isn't godmoding if u think of a plan to defeat ur opponent... And dice are only based on luck which rarely happens in real fights... Say my opponent has a 2 handed sword and heavy armor... I have one throwable dagger and one fighting dagger... So I jump like a few metres in the air and throw the dagger at him, he parries the attack with a forcefull blow to his right and that's his mistake... If his heavy 2 handed sword is forced to the right in an arms lenght he has no chance of parrieing my second dagger in time.. So I change trajectory in mid air and fall at him, stabing him left side.... If the warrior has a heavy two handed sword and armor his speed is naturaly reduced and he has no way of avoiding or parrieing my attack... So that ain't not godmoding.... And it was just an example..... What do u think? I mean seriously, with dice u don't need to think or anything.... Roll a freking 6 and u one hit an opponent.... 0

I guess Beware DOES have a point, the dice do leave almost everything up to luck, but until the whole stats problem is fixed, no other options, right? Maybe we can come up with a patchwork training and stats system but... right now, as i understand, we have nothing.

Um beware has a point. The dice makes everything depend on luck.
but also, beware, think about this: You attack eric Eric says: dogded - couterattack You say: missed - charging eric says: ultimate shield you say: fire beam - break eric's shield Eric says: kawarimi no jutsu
Etc, etc etc, no one gets hit. It's like everyone is immortal and can alter directions of attacks. That's why eric implemented the dice system

Dude.... This is like what the stats are for.... Classes too.... Like if Eric's a warrior he has the heavy armor that reduces his speed... So like he won't be able to dodge a very fast vampire.. But he can parry attacks... And like there are rules... Make it something like if u have the same agility as ur opponent u can dodge 2 or 1 times in a row... If u have the same strenght as ur opponent and ur agility is 3 points lower then ur opponents u can parry or block 2 or 1 times in a row... If u have 3 points more strenght and 3 point less agility then ur opponent u can parry or block 2-4 times in a row and etc... Like someone could create this system... If Eric and NoOneer are busy I could... It would ofcourse be checked by Eric and/or NoOneer, but I'm getting ahead of myself....
About the classes... I'm a vampire so that's something like agility warrior or rogue... So I can't use fire magic or crap like that.... No double classing in this RP, btw =)
And like I'm just throwing ideas out... Hope the idea isn't too lame =)

Well tbh Beware dice are not only for that. It is easier to create a system with them because they balance the diffrence between stats. You see when you have diffrent stats and no dice you would have to make series of rules of fights between oponentts of diffrent classes like
Special rules for fights between wizzards-warriors, wizzards-vampires, vampires-warriors and so on.
Dice also represent circumstances that occur while you are figtning like unsuspected blow of wind that throws you off balance which results in missing or falling down on the ground. Secondly Dice also represent your chance for a critical hit like: You attack your opponent he tries to dodge < roll attack + precision vs dodge+ agility > (big diffrence occurs) The dodge is a vain and also reveals a vital spot on your opponents body which you pierce with your attack causing additional damadge.
Thats why i think dice is needed but if you think otherwise i can change it. Just say it.

But it still is a huge defect... Like it's based solely on luck... No need for planning or technique, just get a nice roll and ur good..... That ain't fair for the ones that lose....
