What I dont like about ir though is when my opponent will use a smash against me which is impossible to catch...but sometimes, I do catch it.

It's not impossible.... I know ppl who catch the smash like it's nothing..... unless they smash it so fast, it leaves "skid marks" on the floor.... which I have also seen before....

well, better a chunk of your flesh then getting it lodged in your eye, you'd be known forever as "shuttle eye (insert name here)" xD some ppl are just too competitive, like with all sports, it should be for good clean(sweaty really) fun, not trying to break your opponent's face with a shuttle

I play with my family every weekend morning. We usually play for an hour in the badminton sports center but sometimes we reach 2 to 3 hours of play. I really like this game but now...lets just say I got a little rusty. Anyway, playing this in a warm place is usually recommended. I don't play outdoors 'cause of the disturbances. But after you play, you feel really good coz study shows that after every exercise, a hormone is released called ENDORPHINES which gives you the feeling of being high. (learned this from nickelodeon XD)
